Need books on new computer

So I recently downloaded Digital Editions on this computer to get my books from Google Play back on my laptop. However, I had DE on another laptop previously and I authorized it without an ID and put some of the books on there. Now that I have an ID, I can't get those books on this laptop due to not having an authorized ID on the last one. Is there anything I can do to get my books on this computer?

The specific error I get is E_GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED, I know why I'm getting the error, I just need to know if there's a fix. Thanks!
