Need help please

I have tried reading a ebook from booktopia on my Kobo and it says (This document is protected by Adobe digital rights managements DRM and is not currently authorized for use with your adobe ID. please sign in with authorized adobe ID and try again) I have checked and it says I'm authorized with my account I have also tried CTRL - SHIFT -D and still doesn't work what can I do?
