Need help with adding a second pc to my account

Hi guys. I was using an MacBook when  first downloaded digital add and purchased a book, I have since moved to a windows 8 machaine and tried to autorise it so I could view my books

I now get a E ADPET REQUEST EXPIERED

How can I view my bought books on my new device?
