Need to be authorized to read e-book

My problem is that my computer needs to be authorized with a vendor ID to see a e-book, When I enter the log in info there is a message that says:    can not be authorized because info is authorized to a vendor ID. Which vendor? is that Adobe Digital?

    can someone guide me in how to read the e-book? I never imagine this could have been that difficult.
