Needed to reinstall ADE latest version. Authorization error.

I recently needed to update my Surface book's to Win 11 Pro, so I needed to reinstall the ADE. I tried to open my ebooks again, but when it finally came to authorize my computer, ADE won't accept my Adobe ID. Help, please.
