New ADE 4.5.11.0 will not launch on Windows 10 computer

Tried to lauch ADE on my laptop however, ADE 4.5.11.0 will not open or launch. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the newer version of ADE and still have the same issue. Anyone else having this issue that can help?
