New to Adobe Pubs - any tips to transfer ebook to Kobo Arc 10?

I purchased an ebook at a third party versus Kobo and uploaded to Adobe - now I havent a clue to get the book loaded to the device. I have connected through USB but they have buried user friendly steps. I contacted Kobo first and they said if the ebook isnt theirs - I'm on my own.

If anyone has experience with ePubs and Kobo - really appreciate assistance.
