Newly purchased Ebook won't show up in ADE 4.5.2. Common solutions won't work

I am a student and I needed ebook for my semester, we're using ADE 4.5.2. I purchased the ebook from this link here https://brainathlon.myshopify.com/products/fundamentals-of-biology-lab-manual. However I didn't create account here. But I purchased it, transaction was complete, then I downloaded ADE 4.5.2, authorized my college laptop and ebook won't show up no matter what. I tried re-authorizing but that didn't work! Please someone suggest a solution on how to fix this. This is my first time using ADE and using Ebook.
