No access Adobe ID

Do not let me authorize my Adobe Digital Editions and I can not open my e-books. No access to my Adobe ID (milkamollinedo@hotmail.com) and I did not send the email to reset my password.


When trying to sign me I get the following: To protect your account to reset your password. Please check your email to read the message with instructions on how to reset the password and log into your account that we sent you.

    I think Adobe disabled all passwords after a recent security breach,

    and sent an email to allow you to reset.

    If you still have that email, go through its reset instructions to get a valid new password.

    Make sure any website it sends you to is a genuine Adobe one,

    I am not aware of any spoof alternative emails but it is always possible.

    If you don't still have the email you will probably have to go to Live Chat to get a reset???
