No access to my book!

I've bought my digital book, I've downloaded Adobe Digital.
When I try to get my book, Adobe Digital opens and graphics of my book appear (1 book cover) - but I try to open and it seems the screen is frozen. I mean nothing is working - I can click on every link with no reaction.
Help!
I bought the digital version because I need it FAST.
I an using Windows XP Home Edition.

Would appreciate any assistance you can give.

    I am having the same problem. The whole reason I bought an ebook was to have fast access to what I need. I need to download my book by tomorrow, but nothing I do works. It shows the book, but when I select view item it will not show anything. Please help!!!!
