no disk in the drive

When I try to log into Digital Editions I get a response stating that "There is no disk in the drive.  Please insert a disk into drive\Device|Harddisk\DR2."  I can eventually open Digital Editions by entering "continue" multiple times.  I have already uninstalled Digital Editions and downloaded it again........but I still have the same problem.  What can I do to correct this problem?
