No more able to activate ADE on my ereader

I have a Kobo ereader.

It was registered on ADE with my Adobe account.

I deregistered it, I changed my Kobo account on it, and I tried to register it again with the same ADE account but I got an E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATION error.

Why ?

Can anyone please give me an answer ?

    To reset the activation contact the customer support directly: Contact Customer Care  (you must ask direkcty for reset of adobe id for all other points only the forum help not the customer supported)
