no permission to copy

anyone out there know why I cannot transfer books to my Kobo Touch e-reader. I get the error message no permission to copy. I am running windows 8 on a laptop. I have no problem running it on my desktop which is running windows 7.

    You should post your question in the forum that deals with the Adobe product you are using, not the general install-problems forum.

    Go to: http://forums.adobe.com then click on All Forums dropdown list and choose the forum that is more appropriate from that list.
