"no permission to copy book" error.

I can download books from CloudLibrary but I cannot view them or move them to my Kobo from Adobe Digital Editions. My Kobo and Adobe have the same Authorization. I think the issue might be from my browser - perhaps that the email given permission on Adobe is not the same one associated with my browser when I borrow the book. But I dont know how to fix this (or if this is even the issue).
