no permission to copy the book

Just got a new computer so had to download ADE again. Had forgotten my password so tried for it but nothing would happen, page kept crashing. Decided to change my information and create a new ID and password. Computer got authorized okay but still tells me do not have permission to copy the books to my Kobo ereader. Any idea??
