no spaces when i copy and paste

When I copy and paste text from an ebook which im viewing on Adobe Digital Editions theres no spaces. Im pasting it into word, I only bought the book so i could form notes by copying and pasting the text. I already have the book in paperback.....so annoying..

How do i sort this out please
