No visible text in book

Hi,

I bought and downloaded a epub book (via Fnac.com). When I open it the text does not appear. the pictures are there and all, just no text (see picture). Not great to read it...

I downloaded the book via Kobo (Fnac's ereader) and it works fine.

Any idea?

Also, I am in Germany so ADE is in Deutsch and I cant seem to be able to change the language...
