Nobody can answer in french, but maybe in English ? problems with authorization

Hi,

I usually download e-books from the belgian platform LIRTUEL.be

These last weeks, I coudn’t manage to open two books (I had the message “you don’t have the DRM authorization). I was using the 4.5 version.

I tried to pass to the 3.0 version but it was not possible to take away the authorization for the 4.5 version.

So I took away the installation of both versions from my computer and I made a new installation of the version 3.0. But it didn’t changed anything and it was impossible to uninstall the authorization.

Then I tried to uninstall the authorization of the 4.5 version. I have the message « please try later » but it’s lasting since for 10 days.

I tried several times, without more success.

When I try to open an e-book downloaded with en extension .acsm, I always have the message « Error ! check activation »

I really need some help ! Many thanks in advance !!!
