Nook device doesn't appear in Digital Editions-help!

I'm trying to download ebooks rented from my library through Overdrive onto my Nook using Adobe Digital Editions...my nook is not registering as a device. Someone please help! Thank you!

    I have the same problem since upgrading to the latest version of Digital Editions.  Windows 10 sees the Nook and I can actually transfer files using Windows Explorer, but what a pain!

    i have the same issue - it worked about 3 months ago and now - it won't recognize my nook either
