Nook reader and Adobe Digital editions

Since Sainsburys have taken over the selling of ebooks for the Nook and the requirement to use Adobe digital editions, I am having a problem copying files to the Nook.

I keep getting the message "the legacy CE copy not allowed- no permission to copy the book". Can anyone help please?
