Not able retrieve EPUB or PDF books from google play books

I bought a book from google play book and wish read in my iPad Pro (iOS 11) using Adobe Digital Edition. However, it always pop out "Connection Error Detcted: Digital Editions could not connect to the fulfillment server. Please make sure you are connected to the internet."

But i able to download and viewed in Windows 10 with Adobe Digital Edition.

My question is, is there Adobe digital edition doesn't support view google play books such as EPUB or PDF format?
