not able to authorise digital edition

Hi,

My client downloaded Adobe Digital Edition this morning, she created an account with her email address who was supposely correctly created but she cannot acces to her account. I have been trying to find an answer all morning can you please help me or can I speak to someone capable of helping me ? Thank you very much.
