Not able to download ebook to borrowbox

Hi

I got a new computer with Windows 11. With my old computer I was using ADE with BORROWBOX from my library but now it is not working on this computer. I have been on to BorrowBox  and they have asked me to Authorise Computer but this is where the problems begin

I was asked to erase Authorisation and then put it back. It states that my computer is authorised but when I open ADE again I have been getting these messages

• When I try to return book to library......Unable to Return Book, Please authorise your computer first
• When I try to download to KOBO ....   CE COPY NOT ALLOWED. No permission to copy the book

Error getting License. Licence Server Communication problem

E LIC ALREADY FULFILLED BY ANOTHER USER

Any help would br greatly appreciated
