Not able to upload verified epubs to Google Play Books

Hi there,

I just bought an eBook from a national webstore. I needed to verify this book via Adobe Digital Editions on my laptop. But I don't want to read this book on my laptop. I want to read i on my phone via Google Play Books. I'm trying to upload the verified ePub. But I'm not able to. I'm able to upload every other eBook that doesn't need to be verified via Digital Editions, so I think this piece of software is causing my issues. Anyone knows a workaround?
