Question

Not Authorized

I am using Adobe digital editions 4.5 on a Windows 10 operating system.

I am getting the message "User Not Authorized" when I try to move a book from digital editions 4.5 to a nook.

My wife and I share a computer and have different nooks and so the nook ID and the computer ID are different

I have reset my password.  I then went to digital editions "HELP" to Erase Authorization, and my user ID ends with " | OVERDRIVE".

I am told via an Adobe chat session that I need to de authorize and re authorize my computer.

I would like some guidance on how to do this.  Thanks
