Not Authorized?

I previously downloaded Digital editions on my laptop and I just go a new desktop. I installed it as normal and then it prompted to sign in  with my Adobe ID and password to authorize the computer but now its saying that the account is not correct with the vendor? What do I do? what did I do wrong?

My stuff is there I just can't download it and open it.
