Not find e-book vender in the list

Hi,

At the time of authorization of my computer, ADE asked to select an ebook vender first. But I could not find in the list the vender, Que Publishing, from which I bought an ebook a few weeks ago.

I have contacted the vender about this problem as well as the E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER error (this could be solved) but they only told me to ask these questions to Adobe. What shall I do to solve this problem?
