Not intuitive, difficult to use, lacks basic features

Digital Editions is the worst piece of software I have used in a long time. Why can't I navigate with the arrow keys? Oh maybe I'll just read a PDF version of this book instead, jk won't open in Acrobat. Maybe I can change the settings and make reading from my laptop less awful? Nope no options here. Ok ok how about zoom, surely I can zoom in while reading on my phone. Yes! I can and then I have to click "exit zoom" before I can go to the next page, else the text is too small to see. I spend as much time scrolling between pages as it takes to read each page. Are you proud of this product Adobe?
