? OK , here's the problem. I couldn't get my ebook to download (no problems previously). After innumerable hours spent with BAM and adobe the suggestion was to delete adobe and reinstall which I did. Now it still won't let me download my book

Here we go again! I was unable to download an ebook (no previous problem doing this). After many hours on line with BAM and Adobe the only suggestion was to delete and reinstall adobe which I did. Now the library screen shows a "Getting Started" book which I can't get rid of and it still won't download my e book. HELP!!!!
