Oops This Document couldn't be opened

Has anyone else had this problem? I download a book from the library to adobe then install it on my kobo, when i go to open the book I get the message,

Oops! This document couldn't be opened.

This document is protected by Adobe Digital Rights Management (DRM) and is not currently authorized for use with your Adobe ID. Please sign-in with the authorized

Abobe ID and try again.

This does not happen with all books!
