Opening adobe digital editions on windows 10. Version 4.5 were working fine and now it will not open. Library keeps loading but program will not open, any idea how to make this work? thx

Adobe digital was working fine on windows 10, version 4.5 and now it will not open. Uninstall and reinstall same problem.  Any idea and how to correct this? Thanks for your help.

    Right Click on the Icon and start with option "start as admin".
