Opening eBooks on a Windows 10 Phone

I have a number of eBooks that I open in Adobe Digital Editions on my Windows 10 PC. When I transferred a couple of text books to my Windows Mobile device I was unable to access the files. Is there a program I can use to open and read my eBooks? The ones I have are in PDF format and require a program like ADE.
