OverDrive with Memphis Shelby Co. Library

Had OverDrive on Ipad and was getting ebooks from Library, when put on a new Ipad it did not bring over the history.  I was told that I needed to contact Adobe by the Memphis Shelby County Library who thought it was a problem with Adobe and not the OverDrive.  I do know you must had Adobe in order to use the OverDrive.
