Question

Page does not display properly

ADE version: 4.5.11.187480

Equipment verified: iPad pro MY232J/A

OS: iOS 15.4

Even the introduction guide, which is included from the beginning, does not display properly.

The picture below is a screenshot.

In other books, more than half of the pages look like this or are blank.
On the PC version I can read fine.

Can someone please tell me how to display it properly?

I don't have an answer, but wanted to say I have the same problem. Every page is doubled (i.e., there are two pages for each number) and the first of the two looks like the screen shot above and the second page is blank.  It didn't use to be like this.

I am having the same problem and have tried to get help from Adobe and others, to no avail.  It is frustrating.  Even the on-line "live" chats (with a person) send me back to community support.  If there is an Adobe person, or even a bot, hearing our plea, and would step in with some help, it would be greatly appreciated.  ADE is unusable on mobile devices (iPad, iPhone).  As documented above, more than half the pages are completely blank, and many others show only faint outlines of words.  The remaining pages are completely normal (readable) as all of them should be. In contrast, I am currently not having a problem with a Windows or Mac laptop (all pages are readable). Only on mobile devices (for me at least) are the pages not showing up using ADE.  Adobe, please?

I am having the exact same problem with the same iPad setup.  At least half of the book pages are blank, and others are nonsense like the sample posted above.

I have to say that ADE for mobile devices is by far the worst app I have ever encountered.  I have removed it from my device.
