Pages wont turn unless i open/close the table of content

Quite a strange bug.

Pretty much whats in the title. Turning pages by any means only changes the page number but doesn't update the page itself, that is until i open or close the table of contents at which it updates.

I cant uninstall the app because i dont have the download file for my book again. For some reason my books dont show up on mobile even though i already have them on PC, and i have to use a book download file for my library to show up at all on my PC (which has resulted in me now having 4x duplicates of another book). And even then there are some missing. Concidering this i dont think a reinstall is worth trying. Is there any repair tool for the program, or a way to fix this bug?
