pandigital cover issues

i am able to download books to my device through ADE but i can't get the covers to show up in my library on my novel i emailed pandigital and followed their directions but it didn't help so can anyone give me any advice

    I have similar problem with BooksOnBoard. I downloaded 5 and 2 do not have covers.

    Suggestion was to change file allocation from the Sony Reader to Adobe.

    This did not make the slightest difference. I'm still waiting on a reply regarding ADR 1.7 installer.

    Looks like its more of a problem that the suppliers think!
