Password is not accepted

Question

My computer recently crashed and I reset my password on my Adobe Digital Edition. Despite receiving confirmations from Adobe that my password has been reset, my version of Adobe Digital Edition refuses to accept my new password. This has happened despite me changing my password one more time (to make sure everything was ok).

Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Any advice to solve it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Check if you used umlauts and special Characters in your Password. Whit this issue ADE seams has problems. Better you used letters (big and small) and numbers only. This work.
