Password not recognised - Error! Check Activation

I installed ADE a few years ago and used it many times, however over the course of the last 18 months, I have moved house 3 times and also had my pc hard drive updated to SSD.

Now my ADE wont upload any books - Error! Check Activation

ADE states my pc is already authorised

I've updated to the latest ADE 

I've tried to deactivate my licence and it won recognise my password - how do I get round this issue?

    Update - I've sorted it.  Complete numpty when it comes to IT but I've managed it - feeling quite proud of myself now.  thanks for taking the time to read my post though.
