Pb accessing ebook after Windw reinstall

Hello,

I had to reinstall my Windows 7 PC.

Now I cannot open my ebook. ADE asks me for an "ID Adobe" and a password.

I kept an information giving me a "urn:uuid:..." Is this the ID to be used ? I tried using it but I did not find the corresponding password.

How can I recover from this ?
