Whenever I try to authorize my PC the below error appears. Any advice on what this is & how I can fix it!?

The Error say that a error in the download eBook:
Remove cache and cockies and try to download again.
If not work sheck if your Securty Software blocked the download.

if all not work ask the support of the eBook server to check the file.
