PC Digital Editions Authorized under old ID, set authorization grayed out

I have PC DE authorized under an old ID and am unable to change to my new Adobe ID.  I've tried uninstall / reinstall, but there appears to be some authorization data that persists.  How do I remove that information so I can register under my current ID?
