PC upgrade leads to failed Elements re-installation.

I've just upgraded my PC and I'm trying to reinstall my Elements 13. My (downloaded upgrade from Elements 9) was for a 32 bit PC and my new PC is 64 bit. The installation is failing because of this. If I download the 64 bit version will I be able to use the same key code or do I have to pay for another upgrade?
