i need to change my permission so i change transfer an ebook to my kobo

    Ok, so today, I de authorized and then authorized, several times before I believe I was able to make a transfer to my kobo...but then got this message when tried to open...this document is protected by a DRM license which has expired.  Please renew this document license and try again.
