Poblems to re-open book

Hi! I just have a problem with mi laptop and I had to erase everything. Now I trying to open a book again (after downloading from the Oxbow page again), but it said that I need an authorization "related to an ID" to read it, but when I downloaded originally I chose the option without the ID, there is any way to use open it?
