Poor page navigation in Adobe Digital Editions

‌The scroll arrows up/down on ADE don't work on my laptop (HP Pavilion, 2016 model) so the only way to scroll is pressing the downward arrow on the far right, bottom of page many, many times per page. Seems to be very bad design & poor usability?
