Premiere CS6 Won't see Zoom H1, Audition will, Premiere CS6 won't..

Upgraded the Firmware for my Zoom h1 to v2.10.  Selected the H1 in the audio midi setup for Premiere.  I get these selections in the preferences> audio hardware.  Tried all of the settings.  Also, selected the "monitor input only".

Works great in Audition, but not Premiere.

Using CS6 on an iMac 2013...

Anyone?
