Print out pdf files from the program Adobe digital editions

Hi,

I'm really wondering, if anyone know, how do i get in contact with adobe, how do i chat with them or call them?

And my question is the following,

I want to print out a pdf file that i saved in the program Adobe Digital Editions, but im not able to..

It says

File,edit, reading, help

I open Under FILE, and it says print, exit, so on,,.

When i want to press print the text is gray and not black, so you can not choose the option Print. I don't know why. Im sure it would work i just don't know why. If i can open the file in the program then why can't it print it out?

I tried downloading other pdf programs but this is the only one that works to open my pdf file in.

I downloaded this book on google play and they told me to download adobe digital editions, and now when I want to print it wont work.

I have tested my printer and it works.

So thankfull for answers.
