Printing

Hi, I purchased a pdf version of "Life in the UK". I printed a few pages, it was ok.

I wanted to print the rest, hit the CANCEL button in the meanwhile.

Now the PRINT box in Adobe Digital Editions is shaded (inactive).

What should I do to be able to print the rest?
