Printing a book from Digital Editions

I have downloaded six books. First four printed fine. With the final two, I can not get them to print. I have cut the pages to print to 10 and only four buffer. I cut the pages to print to 20 and only nine buffer. It varies. The msg states that Digital Editions has stopped replying.
