Printing cut off in Digital Editions

I was sent here by the help desk, and I see it will be a futile effort to get help.

Previously I have been able to print from Digital Editions with no problem. Now the printing runs off the page on the right side and bottom. I have tried changing the settings, deleting and reinstalling the program, deleting and redownloading the book I need to print. Nothing helps.

Hoping someone will figure this out and let me/us know.
